Home Heating Service reserves the right to cancel orders arising from errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. I agree and authorize the work as summarized on these estimated terms, and I agree to pay the full amount for all work performed.
 
1 - GENERAL: All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. All agreements contingent upon strikes, accidents, or delays beyond our control. Owner to carry fire, tornado, and other necessary insurance. Our workers are fully covered by Workman’s Compensation Insurance.
 
2 - CO DETECTORS: Carbon Monoxide Detectors are required per Colorado State law (click here to view) on each floor containing a bedroom within 15' of the bedrooms. Home Heating Service will provide the required CO detectors at $50.00/each "OR" the Homeowner may provide them. If the CO detectors are not onsite during the inspection, the building inspector may assess a $50.00 "trip fee" which will be the responsibility of the homeowner to cover
 
3 – JOB SITE ACCESS: Home Heating Service requires that the homeowner provides proper access to the mechanical room, electrical panel, driveway, garage, and air conditioner pad location by removal of any storage items, pet items (including cat boxes, food, storage boxes, etc) or any other items that may be obstructing the job area (to include piping/venting systems that need to be run) prior to the installation date. This will ensure an efficient installation and avoid extra labor charges. Items may not be returned to their original location if moved by the installing technician.
 
4 - AC UNIT LOCATION: If location of the outdoor condensing unit is altered or changed, additional charges may apply for extra materials and/or labor
 
5 - WH EXPANSION TANK: Home Heating Service recommends a thermal expansion tank on ALL water heater replacements where not already required by code. If a thermal expansion tank option is not installed, additional costs will apply if the water heater T&P leaks in the future due to water pressure related issues that fall outside of the water heater normal operation or manufacturer defects. Warranty may be voided if damage occurs as a result of thermal expansion.
 
6 - MAINTENANCE: Annual maintenance may be required per the equipment manufacturers warranty terms at the homeowner’s cost. Equipment failure due to lack of maintenance will not be covered under any warranties listed.
 
7 - WARRANTY: Click Here to view our full warranty description prior to accepting this quote. All accessories and install materials (condensate pumps, duct work, GFI's, etc) are covered under a minimum 1-year parts and labor warranty unless otherwise stated above or per manufacturer's warranty.
 
8 - DRYWALL AND CARPENTRY: Drywall, Stucco or other carpentry repairs are not included in the price unless otherwise noted in the contract above. This would include but is not limited to drywall cuts to run refrigerant lines for AC systems and/or PVC venting for a furnace.
 
9 - ELECTRICAL: Electrical panel upgrades or code changes to the existing electrical system are not included in the total investment price unless otherwise noted above in the scope of work. Changes or upgrades may incur an additional cost.
 
10 - PAYMENT: Cash, Check or Credit Card payments require 1/2 down at signing and final payment on the date of installation (you will receive an online payment link on the day of install). Financing applications must be approved prior to install scheduling along with completed e-signatures. Down payments are not required for financing unless otherwise stated.
 
11 - Wi-Fi SMART DEVICES: Home Heating Service will try to hook-up included Wi-Fi devices to your existing network, however, this does not include troubleshooting of any kind. If the device is not able to connect to your existing home network at startup, you may need to call an IT company or the device manufacturer for assistance at your cost. A 2.4Ghz bandwidth wireless router is required for ALL smart devices. Make sure this is enabled and be ready to provide your Wi-Fi password prior to installation.
