Our Comfort Club Maintenance Plan Includes

For Air Conditioners

Check for proper airflow at indoor and outdoor coils
Check for proper refrigerant charge and adjust as needed (additional refrigerant is an additional charge)
Inspect coils, piping, electrical wiring, and components for damage, wear, and defects
Check and tighten all piping and electrical connections
Check for refrigerant leaks at coils, piping, and piping joints
Tighten gauge port caps and valve caps
Oil all motors as needed
Measure superheat and sub-cooling if needed to ensure proper operation
Inspect and check the thermostat for proper operation

For Furnaces

Electronic leak check for carbon monoxide (CO) and gas
Check for proper drafting of the chimney and vent
Check the proper operation of all safety switches, controls, motors, and other components.
Check gas pressure, air/fuel mixture, and airspeed and adjust for maximum efficiency and performance
Oil any necessary motors
Inspect, adjust and calibrate thermostat

That was refreshing, after having several salesmen-type people from other businesses. Joel and his partner came to do the install, they were on time and very focused on their job. A few days later a fuse popped on our furnace (not their fault, whoever previously hooked up our thermostat made this mistake) and Scott came out immediately that day to fix it at no cost.

They were reasonably priced (not the cheapest or most expensive)... they did what they said they would do and ensured the job was done right! With that history, I used them for replacing my furnace. So many companies try to up sell and I feel comfortable that Home Heating Service, Inc. tells the real story and doesn't add in a lot of extras to charge you for. It was very hot outside and our air conditioning went out. Home Heating was able to work us in to their busy schedule and our tech was Dusty. He was on time, very professional, knowledgeable, and worked until he found the problem and fixed it promptly. I would highly recommend Home Heating and Dusty. Will call them from now on.

Their tech Nathan called ahead to let me know he would be arriving soon. Gave them a call the next morning and they quickly scheduled Scott to come out and take a look at it. Scott was great and explained everything in detail. I even signed up for their maintenance plan. Clint showed up exactly on schedule, and explained what the issue was with the furnace. He had the parts needed on his truck, and it didn't take long, before our heat was restored.

I was surprised that initially I was able to schedule a service call for the next day, because of the holiday season and the impending cold front. I was sent text reminders and updates, and on the day of service, I could follow the technician's location in real time!
