  • How much is a service call?

    Service calls for residential are $110. This includes the trip out, diagnosis of your system, and minor repairs. Minor repairs include things such as changing a 1” filter, tightening a loose screw terminal, or making minor control adjustments. Any parts or dismantling required will be an extra charge, but you will always know what you are paying before we begin.

  • Do you charge by the hour?

    Our services are priced at a flat rate. This ensures we can give you an upfront price so you can best decide for your home.

  • Do you do plumbing work?

    We specialize in water heater repairs and installation but currently do not perform other plumbing work at this time.

  • Can you install a new gas line?

    Yes, we can! Please call and discuss your project with our sales team.

  • If I buy a water heater from Lowe’s, Home Depot, or Online, can you install it?

    Yes, we can install it, but there are considerations to consider. It is best to call and discuss this with our sales team.

  • Do you clean coils with air conditioner maintenance?

    Your air conditioning system consists of two different coils. We will hose the outdoor coil off if there is a spigot available. An additional charge may be necessary if it requires a full dismantling or additional cleaning supplies other than a hose. Cleaning the indoor coil will involve a more in-depth process of dismantling, which is an additional cost. We use several diagnostic methods and a visual inspection to determine if your coil needs cleaning. If it does require cleaning, we will provide you with options to do so.

  • If a return trip is required to my home, will I pay for another service call?

    No, if we do not have the parts or time to complete your repair on the initial service visit, you will not have to pay another service call so long as the repair is completed within 30 days. You would be responsible for the repair cost on the subsequent visit.

  • Is there a warranty on repairs?

    Yes, repair parts are warranted for 1 year. Service calls are warranted for 30 days.

  • My HVAC System was installed by someone without a permit. Can I get a permit with you?

    Yes, we can help you. It is best to call our office to discuss your options.

  • Do you sell R-22 Refrigerant?

    We have a limited stock of R-22 in our warehouse. We anticipate the summer of 2022 to be the last time we keep any inventory of it. Due to the refrigerant cost and the units' age, if you are having trouble with an R-22 charged air conditioner, we would advise you to begin to consider the replacement of the system. Please give us a call so we can discuss your options.

    For new equipment installations, we do not charge for estimates. If you are looking for an estimate of repair costs, please call us, and we will do our best to get you an accurate idea. Many repairs require an on-site diagnostic which would fall under our service call.

    Yes!  We offer financing on repairs and new equipment.  We offer no interest financing and long therm low interest financing with approved credit.

  • Do you have a shop dog?

    Yes we do.  Our shop dog's name is Calvin and he is a Golden Retreiver.  He supervises the office on a daily basis.
