Manufacturer Warranties

A heating and air conditioning system is a major purchase, so ensure you fully understand the Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty before buying. We carry the top brands by Lennox, Frigidaire, Trane, Amana, and Rheem, who offer product warranties of up to ten years *with warranty registration. Your Home Heating Service Comfort Consultant or service technician will discuss all warranties and extended warranty options with you to get the best system suited to your short- and long-term needs.

Home Heating Service Warranty

Home Heating also offers standard and extended warranties in addition to the manufacturers. We can only offer these because we stand by our products and services.

Standard Service Warranty

Service comes with a one-year warranty on all parts and a 30-day warranty on all service calls, diagnostics, labor-only repairs, and maintenance charges.

Our standard parts warranty is defined as follows: All parts are warrantied by the manufacturer’s written warranty or for a period of one year by Home Heating Service, Inc. If the manufacturer’s warranty exceeds one year, some installation and warranty administration charges will apply. Parts warranty does not include service calls, diagnostic charges, or out-of-city trip charges.
Our standard service warranty is defined as: All service calls, diagnostics, labor-only repairs, and maintenance charges are warrantied for a period of 30 days from the date of service. If your serviced equipment requires additional service within 30 days, there will be no charge to return it other than after-hours or out-of-city trip charges. Additional repairs, parts, or diagnostics will be charged accordingly.

Standard Installation Labor Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and the new equipment we install. That's why we offer a comprehensive one (1) year limited labor warranty on all new HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) and plumbing equipment installations.
For a period of one year from the date of your installation, Home Heating Service warrants that the newly installed equipment will be free from defects in materials and workmanship performed by our qualified technicians. Should any issues arise due to faulty installation or manufacturing defects under normal use, we will promptly repair or replace the affected components or equipment at our discretion.
Please note that this warranty is valid for the original purchaser at the original installation address and is non-transferable. Certain exclusions and limitations may apply, such as damage due to misuse, neglect, acts of God, or modifications not performed by Home Heating Service.
